What happens before thought?

Where did that thought come from? Befroe the thought actually crystalizes into a thought — that is words that we can make sense of and probably apply into action — the energy is already present. So when the desire is brewing strongly within, and I have no idea that I have a strong desire for something, it hasn’t yet hit the realm of thought. Does that mean that the desire is absent? Heavens, no. It just means that it is yet to show up in the realm of thought.
Isn’t that why when we come across something newand it galvaizes us, or attracts us like never before, or completely takes us by surprise by the sheer power it suddenly weild over us? That is it. This something resonates with our unrecognised desire, the vibrations sitting within. And it triggers, crystalise, givesform, clarity and suddenly we are able to recognise that thought.
Was always there in the first place. Or else it would have just floated by and we wouldn’t even know it was there, just like the TV radio channel that we didn’t tune in to.
