| Hi, I am Malabika.I grew up, lived, loved, worked and played in India for the first 50 years of my life. Now my base is in the heartland of America and my playground, the entire world. I love the technology and times we live in. |
| The first part of my career spanning 25 odd years was in education, consulting and training in organizational management. I learned a great deal about people, groups and organizations. I learned mostly about leadership. And then I taught people about people, organizational systems and leadership. I was pretty good.Then something shifted and I was propelled into a whole new paradigm. The world of conscious energy (some call it spirituality) opened up and changed my life around 180 degrees. I began to study the phenomenon of human consciousness and spiritual healing in real earnest. I spent several years learning Emotional Freedom technique, meditative therapies, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy and a host of other Energy healing arts.As I studied, I discovered how science and spirituality are converging rapidly. Quantum Physics is validating step by step many practices ancient spiritual leaders bequeathed us, and it is giving us an understanding of even more.My life has since taken an exciting turn. My understanding of the sophistication of our mind-body-spirit connection and the power of conscious energy gets deeper. My practice of meditative and energy healing grows powerful. More and more people work with me to improve the quality of their lives. I am amazed at how life changes by simply learning to replace old thought patterns with new.The realization that so many of our everyday beliefs and practices are clearly backwards, just blows me away. I can hardly hold myself back from shouting from roof tops saying “stop the struggle, there is a simpler way, there is an easier way”. Indeed there is.I love to teach. It is my passion. Sharing the knowledge about these cutting edge thoughts, tools and techniques are exhilarating beyond belief. Adding old and new information like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle to get a holistic picture is fun. I am willing to teach everything I know.

· Worked in areas of HR, institutional development and organizational training
· Headed the Management Education Division at the All India Management Association (New Delhi) for three years,
· As management consultant retained by USAID, Mother Care, Center for Education Management and Development, Dept for International Development (UK), Binary Fusion and others.
